DELIVERY

Orders can be picked up in person from the store, after you have received notification it is ready for collection. Simply show your online receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your order online) and a form of photo ID.

If your product is not in stock, we will contact you by phone or email  within 1 business day to advise and give an ETA,   If we can't contact you, we will proceed to order this item from our supplier in for you and which will arrive is usually winthin 7 working days.. If your order is on backorder, you will be contacted via email with details of your backorder item. Items on backorder may take longer than 7 working days.

FREIGHT

Please call or email the store 07 49726660 and advise your full delivery address to receive a freight quote for your order.  The algorithm used to calculate the freight on our website is very basic, so for larger / heavier / multiple items, it is more accurate if we manually calculate it for you.  It is your responsibility to insure your order, as we don't take responsibility for mishandled, lost or stolen parcels.

ORDER TRACKING

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and collection/ tracking details. 

Returns
We do not refund or replace products if you change your mind, or no longer need the item.  We take every effort to ensure that you leave with the correct product to begin with. We're going to to ask questions - so please bring all your information & photos if neccessary when you come in.  If you need a power supply, please bring in the item, so we can ensure the plug fits, and has the correct polarity, watts/ amps/volts etc.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the sample or description

  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

    Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

    If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

    Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
